Evolve is a mental health charity providing affordable counselling and related services to organisations and to those in the local community who either can't afford to pay market rates or wait for a GP appointment, ensuring a lack of funds is no barrier to getting help. We are an organisational member of BACP.
Counselling provides the opportunity to talk about and explore issues confidentially past and present that are impacting our lives.
With a reputation for quality of service, we enjoy exceptional feedback from our clients. All of our counselling members are qualified BACP, UKCP or NCS registered members, working to BACP standards and codes of ethics and practice. Our counsellors have a range of specialities as we know it is not one size fits all. They are also subject to:
By donating to Evolve, you can help to provide a course of counselling sessions for someone in Cambridgeshire or one of the surrounding counties, who may not otherwise be able to access support.
Your donation is very important to us and the community as a whole.

What People Say About Us
"My counsellor made me feel safe, respected and listened to. I was really worried about coming for counselling, but she couldn't have done more to help me relax and get out of the big black hole I had got myself in."
"I didn't really buy into the whole idea of counselling, but my wife persuaded me to go. I'm so glad I did. I probably still wouldn't tell all my mates that I went, but I don't know how I would have coped without it now."
"I had a difficult relationship with my employer, which was really getting me down. My counsellor gave me the confidence to change my situation and now I'm doing well in my new job!"
"Evolve are very discreet. I didn't want my partner to know I was having counselling, but they only took my income into account when assessing how much I could afford to pay, and never phoned me on my home number, only my mobile. Thanks."
"I didn't know what to expect but I knew I needed some help. My counsellor was fantastic. I still have dark days but counselling has really helped get my life back on track. I would advise anyone to try it."
